A Few Examples

Jill E Purrazzi
[PPS] not only did a great job with my cover, editing and formatting, but she gave me support, encouragement, and advice the entire way. As a new author, having her there for every step was priceless, and I can’t wait to continue working with her for the next installments!
Author of the Malfunction series
S. M. Holland
Not only has she been meticulous when it comes to the hard work, but she had been personable which has put me at ease. I have received many compliments on my book about how professional it is, and many people are surprised to hear it’s self published! Susie’s editing skills are on point and her cover designs are higher quality than many traditional publishing services I have seen out there.
Author of the Get in My Head series
Sharon Johnson
From the moment we saw the exquisite cover, it was love at first sight! It captured not only the essence of our story, but it was so much better than anything we could’ve hoped for.  Susie’s editing skills are second to none and feel very blessed that we’ve found someone who pays attention to every detail. For anyone looking for superior editing, cover design and formatting, this is the company for you.

About Us

Hello, my name is Susie, it’s nice to “meet” you! I have a Master’s degree in Art History, which means I spent years honing my eye for design and writing. While I was a graduate student I edited everything from freshman papers to work by tenured professors in academic journals and books. I began Poole Publishing Services as a small side business while my “day job” was overseeing marketing/communications for a research institute at one of the largest universities in the country. I spent years editing researchers’ writing, creating web content, doing graphic design, and distributing marketing materials – it was awesome! However, as much as I loved academia, my true passion has always been for books — especially novels. I ended up leaving my desk job and focusing on this business full-time. I feel incredibly fortunate, and it brings me great joy to help authors put forth their best possible work and make their dreams come true!
